I am a Sparta native, graduating from White County High School. I then attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and received my B.S. degree. It was there I met my husband, Bill Crosland. We married and settled in Knoxville for about ten years where we joyfully added two sons to our family, Cade and Cole. The call of home was strong though and it pulled me back to the beauty and pace of Sparta, Tennessee. My husband began a full-time career in real estate, personal land investments, and land development. He also is a spec home builder. My father has been in the business of real estate investment for 40 years, specializing in large land tracts but involved in commercial real estate as well as residential. And yet there’s more. My brother is also a full-time real estate investor and land developer, as is my brother-in-law. I am surrounded with experience, knowledge, and contacts through their many years in the real estate business.

This naturally led me to the field of real estate as well. I am a member of the Upper Cumberland Association of Realtors (local), the Tennessee Association of Realtors (state), and the National Association of Realtors (national).
